Meghalaya: Ribhoi police arrests drug traffickers with heroin worth Rs 35 Lakhs
A drug trafficking gang was detained and heroin worth Rs 35 million was seized by the Ribhoi police
Following the capture of drug traffickers, the Ri-bhoi districts Byrnihat police completed a successful operation today. The Ribhoi police stayed up until the wee hours in the morning. The police force stopped a suspected car, apprehended 2 traffickers, and recovered 35 lakh heroin. The insatiable appetite of the traffickers has a devastating effect on hundreds of young people, destroying both their lives inside and outside the state.
The police department was praised by the DGP of Meghalaya, Dr. L.R. Bishnoi, for its outstanding success in capturing the perpetrators of crime.
