In a massive hiring effort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today use video conferencing to offer jobs to 10 lakh people. The prime minister will declare open the "Rojgar Mela," which aims to carry out the promise to guarantee the welfare of citizens and give young people access to employment possibilities. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) announced that on this occasion, the PM will present appointment letters to 75,000 newly appointed individuals .

According to news agency PTI, approximately 20,000 persons would also receive employment letters from almost 50 Union ministers at various sites across the nation as part of the recruiting campaign.

Jyotiraditya Scindia, the minister of civil aviation, will be in Bhopal, while Ashwini Vaishnaw, the minister of railways, will present job offers in Jaipur. Anurag Thakur, the minister of information and broadcasting, will deliver appointment letters from Chandigarh.
At their assigned venues under the "Rozgar Mela," those candidates who are chosen for various government posts will directly receive the letters. According to the administrators, appointment letters will also be distributed by email or regular mail for people who were chosen but are not present at the location. According to the estimate, ministers will give applicants about 19,692 recruitment letters.

The occasion will also feature a speech from the prime minister to these new hires. According to the Prime Minister's instructions, all ministries and departments are working in mission mode to fill open positions for authorised positions. A total of 38 government departments and ministries will welcome the new hires from across the nation.
"The appointees will enter the government in four different groups: Group A, Group B (Gazetted), Group B (Non-Gazetted), and Group C. The positions being filled include Central Armed Force Personnel, Sub Inspectors, Constables, LDCs, Stenos, PAs, Income Tax Inspectors, and MTSs, among others "said the PMO.
