Russia will "enhance the battle preparedness of our nuclear triad," he continued. The new Zircon hypersonic cruise missile, which Russian troops will be able to utilise starting in January, was highlighted by the Russian leader.
According to Putin, the new Zircon hypersonic missile, which has no counterpart in the rest of the world, will be installed on the Admiral Gorshkov ship in early January.
Almost ten months into the conflict, Russia has suffered a string of degrading setbacks in Ukraine.
According to Sergei Shoigu, the Russian minister of defence, Russian service members are engaged in combat with "the combined forces of the West" in Ukraine.
Shoigu added that Moscow intended to use two Sea of Azov port cities in Ukraine that its troops had taken during the invasion.
"Both Berdyansk and Mariupol's ports are operating normally.There will be bases for support vessels, emergency rescue teams, and naval ship repair units deployed, Shoigu continued.
