The Odyssey Ark 55″ curved gaming monitor from South Korean tech giant Samsung, which was debuted in August, has now been released in India.
GSM Arena reports that it has a price of INR 219,999 and is already for sale on Samsung’s official Indian website. Odyssey Ark is covered by a 3-year guarantee, and through October 9th, Samsung is giving away a 2TB Portable SSD T7 Shield USB 3.2 for free to consumers.
The Samsung Odyssey Ark is a 55-inch curved display with a 16:09 aspect ratio and 4K resolution. According to GSM Arena, it has a matte display with a 1000R curvature, 165Hz refresh rate, and 1ms reaction time.
With four speakers (one in each corner) and two central woofers that support Dolby Atmos, the curved gaming monitor has a sound output of 60W.
In order to provide players a cockpit-like feel, it also contains a Cockpit Mode. For the best screen arrangement, this mode enables the vertical rotation of the screen with a HAS (Height Adjustable Stand), tilt, and pivot.
According to GSM Arena, the Odyssey Ark 55″ also includes Ark Dial, a solar-powered monitor controller that can also be recharged through USB-C.
