Shocking: Alleged 'serial kisser' forcibly kissing a health worker in Bihar

A horrifying case of sexual assault in the Jamui district of Bihar has come to light as a result of a social media video showing the perpetrator aggressively kissing a victim. The event is believed to have occurred on March 10 at the Sadar Hospital in Jamui, where the victim is a Class IV healthcare professional. A hospital wall is said to have been scaled by the offender, who allegedly spotted the victim conversing on the phone and grabbed and kissed her without her consent.

After receiving a complaint from the victim, the Jamui police opened an investigation and submitted a First Information Report (FIR). According to reports, the attacker escaped the site following the assault. The victim has asked for more protection at the hospital as well as the construction of a barbed fence to safeguard the women who usually go there.

Many people have called for tighter rules to protect women from sexual harassment and assault in response to the incident, which has prompted outrage on social media. The incident has been investigated, and the culprit will soon be in police custody, according to SDPO Dr. Rakesh Kumar. According to authorities, this is the first occurrence of this kind to be reported in the neighborhood.
