Unidentified Airstrike on Taliban fighters at Panjshir ; “Tajikistan or Russia”.

The Taliban perceptible took over Panjshir, the last province of Afghanistan which was reported on Monday after a disastrous fight between the Taliban and the resistance since last few weeks. The Taliban claimed capture and hoisted its flag at the Governors place on Monday in the Panjshir province marking their victory against the NRF.
However, a day after the takeover of Panjshir, there are reports that some 'unidentified' military aircraft flying over Panjshir and targeting the Taliban fighters. However, there has been no official confirmation either from the Taliban or the NRF about the latest aerial assault.
Mohammed Alsulami, President of the International Institute for Iranian Studies, took to Twitter and asked who is behind these jets? 'Tajikistan or Russia,' Alsulami wrote in his tweet. Some also claimed that these were the same combat jets that were flown by the Afghan Air Force pilots around the Taliban takeover last month. The National Resistance Front has claimed that the ISI along with Pakistan's military is helping the Taliban in Panjshir Valley.
However, the airstrike attacks were reported in the wee hours on Tuesday. Despite the Taliban claimed the capturing the Panjshir province, the National Resistance Front (NRF) of Afghanistan, denied Taliban claims of capturing Panjshir and said the resistance forces are present at all strategic positions across the valley to continue the fight.
"Taliban's claim of occupying Panjshir is false. The NRF forces are present in all strategic positions across the valley to continue the fight. We assure the people of Afghanistan that the struggle against the Taliban & their partners will continue until justice & freedom prevails," tweeted the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan.
However, there is no clear evidence provided by either of the sides on claims regarding the capturing of Panjshir.
On the political front, the Taliban has claimed that the government will be announced very soon. According to Russia's News Agency Sputnik, Taliban spokesperson Ahmadullah Muttaki says that all the formalities have been completed and the key announcement will be made soon. While the Taliban has not officially announced it, it is believed that the government formation will be carried out on September 11 coinciding with the dastardly 9/11 attacks on the US.
