Watch: Massive Fire Broke Out At south Delhi, Jamia Nagar Metro Station Early This Morning
The fire broke out at electric motor parking next to Delhi's Jamia Nagar metro station, at around 5 a.m Wednesday, which leads to nearly hundreds of vehicles being burned in the fire. 11 fire tenders were on the spot early this morning.
According to the Delhi Fire Service, the reason behind the fire has not been ascertained yet. Presumably, it is believed that a short circuit may have caused the fire. Many vehicles were damaged in the fire, and several e-rickshaws were burnt to ashes.
As per Delhi Fire Service, 10 cars, 1 motorcycle, 2 scooty, and 30 e-rickshaws and 50 old e-rickshaws caught fire. No casualties were reported.
