The nation as a whole was shocked recently by the horrible killing of 16-year-old Sakshi in the capital. The young girl was viciously stabbed 22 times in the middle of the street in Rohini, North West Delhi.  She was even struck in the head by the accused, Sahil, with a stone slab, which immediately caused her death.
A CCTV camera set up in the neighborhood managed to capture the tragic event. As Sahil is stabbing the girl, the CCTV footage captures others strolling by without offering any kind of help.

According to the reports of the inquiry, Sahil Khan planned to murder five individuals, including his young lover Sakshi. All five of the people he intended to murder sequentially over the next few days were listed on the so-called "murder list."
He had planned to kill Sakshi's purported ex-boyfriend Praveen Jain after killing the latter. In addition to this, three additional murders were also planned, according to a DNA India report.

Reports state that Sahil and Sakshi have been dating for the past three years. Sakshi, on the other hand, desired to break up her relationship with Sahil and rekindle her relationship with Praveen.

The suspect informed Delhi police during questioning that Sakshi wanted to get back together with Praveen since he possessed a motorcycle, according to a report from PTI. She allegedly ignored him, evaded his calls, and even got a tattoo of Praveen's name on her arms.

This incensed Sahil, who seven days prior to the separation, bought the knife and savagely murdered the girl.
