IRCTC Food Delivery Service ZOOP Allows Order Food Without The App

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) food delivery service Zoop has partnered with Jio Hapik to offer seamless and more convenient food delivery services on trains. The users can now order food on the train using a WhatsApp chatbot service, which let them to get food right at their seat using their PNR number while travelling.
Passengers can order food, track it and also give feedback without even downloading the Zoop app. The service enables the passengers to get their food delivered at any upcoming station that falls on their track.

To order your food, all you need to do is :

Text Zoop WhatsApp chatbot on +91 7042062070 using WhatsApp number.
Alternatively one can use [https://wa.me/917042062070] to chat with zoop.

The chatbot will then ask for personal 10-digit PNR number which will help it to detect the exact seat of the passenger.
It will verify the necessary details and ask the passengers to select an upcoming station at which they'd like to have their food.

It will then ask to select a restaurant and order the food and proceed with the payment method.
After that one can track the ordered food from the chatbox and recieve the delivery in the next station.
