Errol Musk, the 76-year-old father of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, has acknowledged to having a “secret” second child with his 35-year-old stepdaughter Jana Bezuidenhout.
According to the New York Post, Errol Musk acknowledged in an interview with a British newspaper that he had an affair with Elon’s half-sister Jana, who gave birth to their second child, a baby girl, in 2019. Notably, Errol Musk and Jana Musk’s first child was born in 2017.
The daughter of Errol’s second wife, Heide Bezuidenhout, whom he married in 1979 after separating from Elon’s mother, Maye Musk, is Jana Bezuidenhout. Her stepfather Errol helped raise Jana, who was 4 years old when Errol became her stepfather. It has been 18 years since Errol and Heide divorced, according to the New York Post. Errol said: “Hearing that it’s not practical. She is 35 and I am 76. After all, if I’m still around, she might get back with me.”.
Errol went on to say that after hearing the news in 2017, Elon Musk was rattled, and that as a result, there are discrepancies between him and Elon Musk. “Elon Musk still doesn’t like his father because of this, and she still feels creepy since she’s his sister,” Errol Musk continued.
