A Woman’s dead body found in a suitcase in Delhi-Agra NH-2

In the Chhata area, a body of an unnamed woman in severe condition was discovered hidden in a black-colored trolley suitcase near the Delhi-Agra National Highway-2.

On Thursday evening, a resident saw the suitcase in a canal behind Sanskriti University, around 250 meters off NH-2, and promptly alerted the police. The dead, dressed in a salwar suit, appeared to be in her 30s and wore a ‘mangalsutra’ around her neck, indicating that she was married. The name “Rani & N” was tattooed on her right hand, according to the cops.

The post-mortem will be conducted after 72 hours, according to circle officer Varun Singh, because the body has yet to be recognized. According to him, the woman’s images have been distributed to police stations in nearby districts as well as the states of Rajasthan and Haryana in an attempt to establish her identity through missing person reports.
