Assam Engineer died in Bengaluru after falling from 10th floor
On Saturday in Bengaluru, a software engineer from Assam died after falling from a building’s 10th storey.
Trideep Konwar, 28, a native of Narayanpur in Lakhimpur, was recognised as the deceased. He passed away immediately.
Konwar was a resident of Bellandur’s Green Glen Layout’s Sobha Dahlia Apartment and commuted to Whitefield for work.
According to reports, he and his roommate had attended a party on Saturday night when the event happened at three in the morning.
When they got back to their flat, they saw that two other occupants had emerged to pick up their food from a delivery person.
All four of them got together and planned to have a party at the victim’s apartment.
Each of them went to get the empty liquor bottles that had been left on the terrace before continuing to drink.
Konwar is reportedly suspected of accidentally falling while sitting on the terrace’s parapet wall.
Police are currently awaiting the post-mortem results to determine whether the victim was under the influence of alcohol.
