An Australian New Prime Minister Anthony Albanese discussed about the relationship between China has “changed” as it was the largest trading partners. However, lowered in trade after they clashed over a number of issues including trade, the origins of the coronavirus and accusations from Australia of foreign interference.
“It is China that has changed, not Australia, and Australia should always stand up for our values and we will in a government that I lead,” Albanese said this morning before heading to the Quad Meeting to Japa, during a media briefing, after taking charge as the country’s 31st prime minister.
Albanese is among those other three nations who visiting Japan in Quad summit along with US President Joe Biden India on May 23, 2022.
He is ahead to Tokyo, Japan today along with Foreign Minister Senator Penny Wong, for the Quad Leader’s Summit, Albanese will represent Australian at this important forum, where he will be joining Japanese Prime Minister Kishida, US President Biden and Indian Prime Minister Modi.
