The outer ring road is once again suffering from severe waterlogging all over it even before recuperating from the civic threat from the previous week.
Police urged residents not to leave their homes on Monday morning unless absolutely essential because heavy traffic was anticipated during working hours.

Currently, only one vehicle can pass from Devarabisanahally to Ibbaru near the Eco space in ORR. Kindly make travel arrangements appropriately.
We advise you to take alternate routes. Thank you(Sic)”
