A 4-year-old boy in Montana was found alive after missing approximately 48 hours on a very cold day plus a night out somewhere wondering till Sunday.
The missing boy Ryker Webb, disappeared in northwestern Montana around 3:00 p.m. on Friday while playing with his family’s dog in the Bull Lake area of the Kootenai National Forest. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office hailed the boy for his headstrong manners despite being “hungry, thirsty, and cold,” the boy survived alone.
Grand search liftoff over the next two days from ground to sky even on the lake. Dog teams and ATVs combed the ground while a boat unit was deployed on the lake and Montana Air National Guard helicopters search from the sky. More than 50 people searched the area, Ryker was found a couple of miles mile south of Bull Lake, on Sunday.
Later he was taken to the local hospital for an evaluation but was “in good spirits and apparently healthy,” Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said.
