Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul both hit half-centuries as India recorded a total of 186 for five in their last Group 2 match. Zimbabwe were knocked out for 115 in 17.2 overs in response.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first, skipper Rohit Sharma was bowled after hitting 15, but Rahul continued to make a 35-ball 51. Suryakumar then hit an unbeaten 61 off 25 balls to help India. Ravichandran Ashwin was the most successful Indian bowler, with three wickets.
