The minister also stated that the southern state ranked second in terms of state gross domestic product (SGDP) and that it is a significant exporter of textiles, leather, marine food, and auto components.

He said that the nation was extremely proud of Tamil Nadu for aiding in nation-building and the advancement of the nation. The leader of Tamil Nadu, K Annamalai, was also mentioned as the state’s future.
He noted the great developments taking place in Tamil Nadu and predicted that India’s economy will reach $20 trillion by 2047, when our nation would be celebrating its 100th anniversary. The BJP’s (Bharatiya Janata Party) state president in the state is K Annamalai.
