Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, will visit India on April 21-22. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, this will be his first visit to India as Prime Minister.
The British Prime Minister will arrive in Ahmedabad on April 21 and then travel to Delhi for the two-day meeting.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK Prime Minister are expected to speak on trade, defense, and the Ukraine crisis during their visit.
Johnson will visit Gujarat on April 21 and hold bilateral meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 22, according to a statement provided by the ministry of external affairs on Sunday.
According to the release, “the prime ministers will examine the implementation of Roadmap 2030 and define their vision for further expanding collaboration throughout the whole range of bilateral ties.” They’ll also discuss regional and global topics of mutual concern, according to the government.
