Pakistan wins the toss and asks India to bowl in the Women’s Asia Cup

In their Women’s Asia Cup T20 match against India on Friday, Pakistan skipper Bismah Maroof won the toss and decided to bat. India is undefeated in the tournament, having won all three of their games, while Pakistan is coming off a stunning setback to Thailand. Harmanpreet Kaur has replaced KP Navgire in the starting lineup. Shafali Verma, who missed the previous game as well, is still not in the lineup. Sneh Rana has been replaced by Radha Yadav.

Pakistan have made two changes to their squad, dropping Kainat Imtiaz and Diana Baig in favour of left-arm spinner Sadia Iqbal and Aiman Anwer. Harmanpreet Kaur (C), Smriti Mandhana, Sabbhineni Meghana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Dayalan Hemalatha, Richa Ghosh (wk), Pooja Vastrakar, Deepti Sharma, Radha Yadav, Renuka Singh, and Rajeshwari Gayakwad lead the Indian team. Bismah Maroof (c), Muneeba Ali (wk), Sidra Ameen, Nida Dar, Ayesha Naseem, Aliya Riaz, Omaima Sohail, Aiman Anwer, Sadia Iqbal, Tuba Hassan, and Nashra Sandhu for Pakistan.
