An explosion in a house that was 40 miles away from the northwest of Philadelphia in which two people were killed and at least three others were trapped inside the fatal explosion and many others were left with injuries on Thursday night.
The incident occurred in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, the United States where the blast sparked a heavy two-alarm fire, destroyed one Washington Street home and left surrounding houses decimated as well.
According to the officials, the cause of the disastrous fire that occurred on the site was believed to be due to a gas explosion that happen around 8 p.m Thursday. The neighbors heard the massive explosion sound and reported to the fire service. By the time the police had arrived and tried to rescue the victims trapped inside where two people dead and the three others were inside caught up in blazing fire at that time they reported. There has been no further reports has been released so far.
