Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, claimed today that “BJP goons” invaded Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s home and smashed the CCTV cameras. He claimed that instead of halting them, the cops escorted them to the CM’s home.
“BJP goons repeatedly vandalised Arvind Kejriwal’s residence. “Rather of stopping them, the BJP police took them to the house’s door,” Sisodia stated. Anti-social forces, he claimed, had broken the CCTV cameras, security obstacles, and boom barriers installed at Kejriwal’s home.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) claimed the BJP was responsible for the vandalism and questioned whether their actions were in response to the AAP’s demand for Kashmiri Pandits’ rehabilitation.
The AAP and the BJP have been at odds over Kashmiri Pandits for quite some time. After Arvind Kejriwal called The Kashmir Files a false movie and launched an attack on Delhi’s ruling party over government jobs for Kashmiri teachers, the BJP has slammed AAP. The AAP, on the other hand, has accused the BJP of exploiting the Kashmiri Pandit issue for political gain.
