Chris Evans, named "2022 Sexiest Man Alive" and he says his mother "will be extremely delighted."

Chris Evans has been named the Sexiest Man Alive 2022 by People magazine. The heartthrob has gained a lot of fans with his films. Chris Evans has come a long way, playing many different characters and becoming a superhero. Being dubbed the sexiest man alive is another achievement for him. Chris Evans received the honour of hosting The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday. Evans expressed his gratitude to the magazine and his followers digitally through a pre-recorded video even though he was unable to be present in person to accept the distinction. 

Dwayne Johnson, the 2016 champion, gave Chris Evans the trophy in the video.

When asked about the title, Chris Evans said that although his close friends could make fun of him for it, he will not be afraid to modestly brag about it. He continued by saying that his mother was overjoyed and could now boast about the title even though she was already proud of Evans' accomplishments.

Lisa Evans, Chris Evans's mother, indicated that her family would be ecstatic and that she was not shocked.
