On Friday, authorities discovered the body of an unidentified man, believed to be in his 40s or 45s, hanging in the jungle area of the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus.
A PCR call was received at 6.30 p.m., according to the source, and officers raced to the scene. The body was extensively decomposed, indicating he had been deceased for several days, according to the authorities. The man who died looks to be in his 40s or early 45s. Until the time of writing this article, the identify of the individual who died could not be determined.
“The body has yet to be recognized,” stated Manoj C., DCP, Southwest. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police Crime Team and Forensic Team were dispatched to the scene to investigate. The police are investigating to see if the body belongs to a student, a faculty member, or an outsider. The DCP stated, “An inquest proceeding has been begun.”
