Another shocking event occurred in Guwahati, when a young man was discovered dead at the Rajpalace Hotel in Hatigaon. Dhrubajyoti Deka of Dimu in Kamrup district has been recognised as the young man.

According to the sources, Dhrubajyoti was discovered deceased in Room 108 of the hotel after the party.
According to sources, he stayed in the hotel with three girls after a party with his buddies, but was discovered dead the next morning. As soon as the tragedy was discovered, hotel personnel alerted police, who arrived on the spot and began a thorough investigation into the deceased corpse discovered inside the hotel room.
