Noida: 4-year-old girl ‘digitally raped’ in the toilet of a private school, her mother alleges

Shockingly, a Noida lady claims that her 4-year-old daughter was the victim of “digital rape” in a school bathroom.

The mother learned about the alleged incident on September 7 when she picked up her daughter from school and she complained of body itchiness, according to the complaint submitted on September 9.
Later, the girl told her mother that a boy had touched her when he was in the washroom when she entered. Following this, the mother reported her daughter’s alleged digital rape to Sector 39 police station.

Forced sex performed on any area of the body than the male genitalia is referred to as “digital rape.”

An FIR has been filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and section 376 of the Indian Penal Code in response to the mother’s allegation.

However, according to police, there is no proof of the mother’s claims of rape, at least not at this point in the inquiry.
