The owner of a spa in Gurugram and her assistants sexually molested a 14-year-old girl while the girl was working there as the receptionist. The girl was cited as stating, “I was raped by 10 to 15 males every day,” by PTI. At the Women Police Station in Sector 51 on Wednesday night, a FIR was filed against four people, including the spa owner who is a woman.
According to investigators, the girl was forced to make a false statement when she first went to the police, claiming that she was in love with one of the accused, Rubel, who had promised to marry her. As a result, the case was dropped.
The girl claimed to have met a woman in the city who put her in touch with a family member and helped her secure employment at the cousin’s spa. In the police report, the girl said that the spa manager had allegedly forced her into a room where a guy had raped her on her first day of work. My trauma began on the first day of my employment when I was forcibly placed in a spa room with a man who assaulted me, she claimed.
“When I threatened to leave, the spa owner and her assistants threatened to spread the video of the act with the man, so I was persuaded to stay. The accused threatened to release my films and called me to a hotel where they beat me up, she claimed in the police complaint, adding that she stopped coming because she was afraid for her and her parents’ safety and filed the case on Wednesday. “Over the course of the next four or five days, several men sexually assaulted me in the spa.
The girl claimed in her complaint, “I forced myself to go the spa for five more days during which I was sexually exploited by ten to fifteen males every day.”
She further claimed in the FIR that the defendants belonged to a gang that lured impressionable young women into prostitution.
