The park, which would be the first of its type in Uttar Pradesh, will have a walking track where dogs may run and play. Dog trainers will be stationed in the park, and dog owners will be able to use their services. A proposal for the park has been submitted to the state government and is awaiting approval, according to officials from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA).
The park will cost between Rs 15 and Rs 25 crore to build. Officials are looking for 10 acres of land in the Gomti Nagar extension area for the project. A small fee will be charged to guarantee that the park is maintained.
“Before entering the park, canines will be required to acquire a license.” This will helps in informing people that their pets require a license, according to a government official. Lucknow today has over 4,000 parks, and disagreements over the admittance of domestic dogs into the parks are common.
