The Raza Academy, a Sunni Barelvi organization of Indian Sunni Muslim has filed FIR against Nupur Sharma who is BJP national spokesperson over the alleged remarks on Prophet Muhammad the National Conference on Saturday demanded stern action against her during a television show.
Early on Saturday night, at Pydhonie Police station the FIR was file against Nupur under IPC 295A, 153A and 505B against her under stringent sections, it tweeted.
“Raza Academy had filed a formal complaint with the Mumbai Commssioner of Police against BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma for her blasphemous remarks on the Holy Prophet in the National channel Times Now”
On the future statement, it wrote “The Hon Commissioner of Police immediately ordered Pydhonie Police station to file and FIR under IPC 295A, 153A aur 505B against her under stringent sections which was filed late night today.”
