The chaos in Jammu and Kashmir was ceaseless, back to back incidents were top focused on this side of the state. Another incident has reported early this morning on a massive fire that broke out around 2 a.m at Satwari police station in Jammu, Sunday. Before this incident, a massive forest fire broke out in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Thursday, June 2.
Numerous vehicles parked near the area of the police station were destroyed including the vehicles that police has seized caught in the fire. The four firefighters’ engines rush to the spot as soon as the fire got alerted though it took them to douse the blazing flame an hour to be under control. Other than vehicles park outside the police station and seized vehicles burnt, there were no more damages have been found.
According to the police statement, several two-wheelers were completely damaged along with seven seized cars were burnt in the fire.
“At least seven seized cars and over a dozen two-wheelers were completely destroyed in the fire,” an official of the fire and emergency department said.
