Do's and Dont's
During a lunar eclipse, it is typically advised to stay inside and refrain from beginning any new projects or activities.
During the lunar eclipse, it is forbidden to consume liquids, use the washroom or the bathroom facilities, brush your teeth, comb your hair, have an oil massage, or engage in sexual activity.
It is very forbidden for pregnant women to go outside during a lunar eclipse, cut or sew any fabric, carry sharp instruments like scissors or blades, or engage in any other comparable activities since they could harm the unborn child.
During sutak kaal and eclipses, all food products, whether solid or liquid, are forbidden.
Till there is a lunar eclipse, Tulsi leaves must be added to food products.
