4 Die After Car Falls In Deep Gorge In Arunachal Pradesh

Four Assamese victims’ bodies were discovered in a deep gorge on Friday in the West Kameng region of Arunachal Pradesh, according to a police officer.
They were travelling to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh in a car and were Assamese members of various motorcycle riding clubs, he added.

After they entered Arunachal Pradesh on July 19, their families lost communication with them.

The remains and their entirely wrecked car were discovered in a deep gorge next to a river bank a few kilometers before the Sessa waterfalls in the vicinity of Bhalukpong, according to West Kameng’s Superintendent of Police (SP), Sangey Norbu.

He claimed that because of the dense fog in the area, their car may have skidded off the road.

According to Norbu, the accident’s precise reason is yet unknown.

The officer announced that “the police have started an operation to remove the dead from the gorge.”

The victims were named Hirak Boro (32) from Sonapur in Kamrup district, Sanjiv Das (34) from Rangapara in Sonitpur district, Nayan Basumatari (30), and Bedanta Bormahela (30) all from Nagaon district of Assam.
