A 30-year-old Man had a Severe Head injury and Ruptured Spleen Led to the Death, after fighting at bar over bill
On Monday evening Brijesh Rai went to a party with his colleagues at the Lost Lemons restro-bar at Noida’s Gardens Galleria Mall where they got into a fight with the bar staff over the bill amount of 7,400 which Brijesh Rai and his colleagues think they were overcharged the amount for the service which leads to an argument that soon escalated into a fistfight. In that fight, 30-year-old Rai has injured severely in his head and a ruptured spleen led to his death.
According to the police, the post-mortem (forensic) report showed Rai’s cause of death as head injury, spleen rupture, and liquid in the stomach.
The wife of the deceased, Pooja Rai, said that she demand action against his friends, bar owners, and employees in involving in this murder. The incident took place at 11 pm but she has not been informed until 3 am. Her husband was not taken on time for the emergency treatments he needed then.
The case has been filed at the local Sector 39 police station in Noida and 16 people were in police custody over the case.
