A Border Security Force (BSF) constable posted in Tripura’s Khowai district was found dead at the sector headquarters at Khasiyamangal in Teliamura area.
Balu Ram Kuri, a constable, was on sentry duty at the battalion headquarters. He was 32 years old. A chief constable who had been to the sector headquarters for system maintenance saw him laying in the video conference room.
“His body was discovered in a bloody pool. Our officers were on the scene quickly and transferred the body for an autopsy. The post-mortem report will reveal the cause of the death. Sonacharan Jamatia, a sub divisional police officer in Teliamura, stated that we had filed a case involving an unnatural death.
