Unsuitable Reasons For Terminating An Employee: Do He Deserve It?

Too much involvement in some things can be hazardous to a person’s mental health, since being in a parasocial scenario and making decisions based on what you feel on the accounts of another person can lead to excessive unfairness at some point and destroy someone’s life. Only the incident that occurred lately in UP can be used as an example.

Does He Deserve To Terminate?

In UP’s Mathura Nagar, a contractual worker was terminated after so-called nationalists found him carrying pictures of PM Narendra Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath among other dignitaries in his handheld garbage cart. Now, was this his fault? Well, he was doing his duty of cleaning, and so does he clean. Isn’t it the responsibility of that individual who handed those pictures to him or the one who throw them out to be questioned instead of the one who collected them?

Being Indian is a source of pride since we have the right to speak out, write, and protest against wrongdoing. We have the right to protest any crime. And what was displayed in the video, as well as what Satyendra Kumar Tiwari, additional municipal commissioner, Nagar Nigam Mathura-Vrindavan, said about the incident, was completely false?

There is nothing wrong with idolising someone you support and admire, but no one, not even our Prime Minister, would want a man who relies solely on his job to feed his family to be dragged out because he was doing his job.

Recall the time when Shri Narendra Modi personally initiating a cleanliness programme at the Mandir Marg Police Station. While cleaning the dirt with a brush and making Swachh Bharat Abhiyan a national movement, the Prime Minister stated that people should “neither litter nor allow others to litter.” However, it is a component of cleaning, and it is how he must be terminated for task that he has been assigned.

The unemployment rate in India rose to 7.80 percent in June 2022, up from 7.12 percent in May 2022. Not to mention another one going unemployed. Does the garbage collector deserve to be fired? With that in mind, it can be observed that anyone who sells fast food on the side of the road or shops that use newspapers to wrap items and foods before giving them to consumers should stop trading and have their food licence revoked. Because most newspapers contain images of our PM, CM, President, and other dignitaries on the front pages, and in fact, all over the corners of newspapers and magazines.

Was the worker confronted with the correct situation? Consider the possibility. The choice is entirely yours.
