Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a virtual presentation to the World Economic Forum’s Davos Agenda on Monday, where he discussed India’s bouquet of hope.

“Today, India is dealing with a new Covid wave and is making financial progress in a constructive manner.

In just one year, India has given out approximately 160 crore doses of the Covid vaccination. India, as a democracy, has offered the entire globe a bouquet of hope “Modi stated the following.

According to him, “A democracy like India has provided a bouquet of hope to the entire world. The bouquet includes faith in democracy, technology to empower the twenty-first century, and Indian skill and temperament.”

“We’ve been delivering free foodgrains to 80 crore people from the beginning of COVID, which is possibly the world’s largest food programme,” PM Modi stated.

“We also concentrated on measures that were going in the right way. Global economic experts have praised India’s decisions, and I am confident that India will meet the world’s expectations “he added.

India now possesses the largest, safest, and most successful digital payments platform in the world. According to him, the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has handled 4.4 billion transactions in India in the last month alone.

On the first day of the summit, Prime Minister Modi will deliver a special ‘State of the World’ address via video conference.
