Earthquake jolts rocked North India; epicentre Nepal
Authorities have determined that the earthquake occurred at precisely 19.57 Indian Standard Time. The earthquake's epicentre was located somewhere in Nepal at a depth of 10 kilometres.

On Saturday, an earthquake struck Delhi and the NCR. In the National Capital Region, tremors from an earthquake were reported in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and other locations (NCR). Early reports indicated that a number of other states, including some of Uttar Pradesh, experienced tremors as well. The shocks' preliminary Richter scale magnitude was 5.4.
