Elon Musk’s ex-girlfriend is selling some keepsakes from their time together in college, and they are doing quite well.
Jennifer Gwynne is auctioning off a collection of pictures and other memorabilia on the Boston-based website RR Auction. She dated the richest guy in the world while they were both attending the University of Pennsylvania. 18 unguarded images of Elon Musk as a college student, a handwritten birthday note, and a gold necklace that he gifted his then-girlfriend are up for auction.
The ‘Love, Elon’-signed birthday card was approaching $10,000 as of Sunday night with an amazing 23 bids.
The necklace, which includes an emerald from the Zambian quarry owned by South African real estate developer and Elon Musk’s father Errol, attracted the second-highest amount of interest. The images contain young Musk playing around in the dorm and cuddling with Gwynne as well as pictures of him hanging out with pals.
