An armed man opened fire at a kindergarten school in central Russia’s Ulyanovsk on Tuesday, killing at least four people, according to AFP, citing the Interfax news agency.
“We confirm the shooting and the presence of four bodies,” regional authorities informed AFP, while a law enforcement source told TASS that two children were killed in the incident.
The shooter, according to sources, eventually committed suicide.
