Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated the government has taken steps to recognise the contributions of all former Prime Ministers just weeks before the Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya was inaugurated.
Modi discussed the Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya (PM Museum), which is set to open on April 14, at the BJP’s parliamentary party meeting in New Delhi. The Prime Minister is alleged to have stated that his government has guaranteed that all former Prime Ministers are recognised for their contributions.
“The Prime Minister stated that the BJP government has ensured that all prior Prime Ministers’ contributions are recognised. “Prime Minister Modi also mentioned that only the NDA government has taken the necessary efforts to recognise prior Prime Ministers’ contributions”.
The PM Museum will chronicle the lives and times of the country’s 14 previous prime ministers. According to sources, all former Prime Ministers have been given equal space and respect based on the length of their terms.
“Regardless of which party is in power, the Prime Minister’s Office wants this place to highlight the country’s history,” sources added.
