75th Year of Independence Day of India or Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an upcoming event, in which the 76th Year of Independence of India is to be celebrated in India on 15 August 2022.
Following events have been celebrated last year in 2021. The event has been launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi 75 weeks ahead of 75 Independent Day, which began last year on March 12, 2021, and will continue for 75 weeks leading the nation to the 75th anniversary of Independence, and will end post a year on August 15, 2023. 75 years have passed since independence from Great Britain’s rule. The Indian Government decided to celebrate the 75 years of Independence of India, with great excitement and tribute to freedom fighters. This is why they determined to do various programs and the government named the celebration ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. Amrit Mahotsav means 75 years of independence.
