In a horrendous episode, a girl was kidnapped in Guwahati on Thursday. The incident occurred in the Dhirenpara area of the city at around 9:30 a.m. A police team led by ACP Nandini Kakati caught the kidnapper within 9 hours after the child disappeared.
The police were informed and directed an investigation at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) under the management of ACP Nandini Kakati. As per sources, the police succeeded in rescuing the girl child from Fatasil Ambari. The kidnapper, Aijul Haque, has been identified and seized by the police. It is accounted for that the police have arrested the abductor at Fatasil Ambari Police Station for additional enquiry.
Throughout the course of recent days, Guwahati has been seeing numerous instances of abducting. The police have directed an investigation concerning the matter, yet no such imperative data with respect to the incident has been followed up until this point.
