Jammu & Kashmir: Amit Shah chairs a high-level meeting to review security

Amit Shah, the union’s minister of home affairs, examined Jammu and Kashmir’s security situation on Wednesday. According to officials, Shah presided over a high-level conference to assess the security situation in the Union territory while on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir.

According to them, the conference was attended by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the Director of the IB, the DGs of many central armed police agencies, as well as officers from the police and army. Before departing for Srinagar, Shah is due to speak at a public rally at the Baramulla district’s Showkat Ali Stadium. He will also officially open a few projects that have already been finished in addition to laying the cornerstone for many development projects.
