According to news agency ANI, India's external affairs minister S. Jaishankar reiterated on Monday that talks with Pakistan are impossible "while there is terrorism." Jaishankar spoke at a press briefing in New Delhi alongside his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock. "With regard to Pakistan, I spoke with the minister for a while, detailing the nature of our relationships and the problem of cross-border terrorism, but the primary issue at hand right now is that we cannot do conversations as long as there is terrorism. According to Jaishankar, there was also understanding on the part of the Germans, according to ANI.With Baerbock, Jaishankar signed a contract for a comprehensive partnership in migration and mobility. Earlier on Monday, the German foreign minister arrived in Delhi. She will speak on India's relations with Russia and China as well as cooperation on the transition to renewable energy during her visit.
