News Updated: Two Mexicans Charged With Firearms Offense; Death Toll Rises To 51, TX

The container carrying about 62 migrants inside has been found dead as many as 51 by this time and has now been charged two undocumented Mexicans with firearms offenses on Tuesday.

Two Mexicans Juan Francisco D’Luna-Bilbao and Juan Claudio D’Luna-Mendes were charged after the connection to the 51 migrants who died from heat exhaustion in the back of a tractor-trailer truck found in Texas.

Federal prosecutors charged the pair separately as illegal aliens in possession of firearms, according to court documents filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Texas.

The death toll from an overheated, abandoned tractor-trailer found in Texas rose to at least 51 on Tuesday morning, with three victims confirmed dead at a San Antonio hospital. The authorities were working to identify the victims.
