Priyanka Chopra’s Hair Care line ‘Anomaly’ will be exclusively launched in India on the beauty and Lifestyle e- commerce giant, Nykaa. Chopra’s hair care line was founded in partnership with Global beauty incubator Maesa in the year 2021.
The Hair Care range consists of shampoos, conditioners for different hair needs. Anomaly is already available at US retailers like Walgreens, Kroger, CVS and even on Amazon.
Priyanka Chopra say that her ‘line’ entering into Indian market is quite interesting because of the consumer preferences. “I believe that the value we offer is the fact that all the products are available at Rs 1000 and under which we believe is a great offer price for a specific target audience,” she said. “We are evaluating South Africa, the Middle East and Europe, right now. But the expansion to India is the next step.”
With Nayaka physical store in 60 cities and online across 1500 cities, CEO of Nykaa, Anchit Nayar said their company would support Anomaly with Marketing.
“We have a fantastic understanding of the consumer and the market. Within the beauty and personal care, hair care is the third largest category after makeup and skincare, but it’s by far the fastest growing. So we think the next the next couple of years is going to be the years for haircare,” Nayar said at a press conference on Thursday.
