Two El Monte Police officers have died after being shot in the line of duty on Tuesday evening near Garvey and Central Avenues.
The two officers were investigating a domestic violence call at an El Monte motel when they were shot. They were rushed to County USC Hospital where they have been pronounced dead. And the suspect was shot and killed as well.
This incident happened after the CHP officers were shot and wounded during a traffic stop in San Fernando Valley, they were rushed to the hospital and their conditions were stable.
POLICE TOOK PART IN POSSESION
As you can see on the video the city has been flashed with police vehicles traveled together to County USC Hospital to joint in the over-mile-long procession to escort the two fallen El Monte Officers to the Coroner’s Office that have been killed in the line of duty after responding to a stabbing call.
