The students in Jalandhar, Punjab have gotten into a fight over the contribution of money during a birthday party and end up most disastrously after one of two has lost his life.
Both the students were said to be fell from the 3rd flood after the brawl erupted between the two, resulting in one dead and another being admitted to the hospital. Now, the case has been registered under IPC section 304 against the boy admitted to the hospital, said the ADCP Jaskiranjit S Teja.
A deceased student Krishna Kumar Yadav who fell from the 3nd-floor hostel building was from Bihar and doing his Engineering at DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology (DAVIET), Jalandhar. And the student who fell alone side following the fights was identified as Aman Kumar.
According to the dean of DAVIET, Sanjeev Naval the conflicts between the two students at the party turn into fights. While they were fighting the rail broke and both the students fell from the third floor.
