Ukrainian Independence Day; Honoured And Remembered The Fallen Heroes

On Ukrainian Independence Day, Valentyn Reznichenko, Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast expressed his emotion by writing in a telegram, it read “The memory of all those who gave their lives for our Ukraine was honored.” They brought the flowers to the graves of those fallen Heroes.

“We are all fighting for our independence. Everyone is where he is. And we will stand! Happy Independence Day, the bravest country in the world!” Reznichenko added

Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin also share a picture of her and Ukraine’s President and greeted Ukraine’s National Day, with a motivating message, it reads “Our heartfelt congratulations to Ukraine and heroic Ukrainians on your national day. You are brave and unyielding. We stand with you. We won’t look away. We won’t forget Ukraine and its people”.

On the other hand, Ukrainian President Zelensky wrote on Twitter that the history of Ukraine’s independence is quite dramatic and inspiring. “Ukrainian nation was fighting for centuries and continues to do so since Feb 24. Devotion, bravery, freedom. Our land – our independence.”

President Zelensky wrote as well on Telegram that it is their 31st Independence day and the country is fighting for its freedom on more than 2,000 kilometres of the front. “In each area there are young commanders and female commanders. Boys and girls who were born and grew up in free Ukraine. This is how they know it, this is how they want to see it in the future. That is why they are protecting it now.”
