When Prajakta Koli was feeling anxious, Karan Johar gave her his Gucci ring

Recently, both Prajakta Koli and Rajkummar Rao contributed to their debut Dharma Productions movie. In contrast to Prajakta, who earlier this year had a supporting role in the family movie JugJugg Jeeyo, Rajkummar and Janhvi Kapoor will star in the lead role in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. In a recent interview, the two actors discussed their personal journeys. Prajakta admitted to being extremely anxious prior to the shoot. Rajkummar, meanwhile, asserted that his experience working on the upcoming movie was "regular."The transition from being a YouTuber to a film actor was even more difficult for Prajakta. She signed up for Jugjugg Jeeyo and made her online debut on Netflix's romance comedy Mismatched alongside Rohit Saraf. In the movie, the actor collaborated with Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Varan Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Maniesh Paul. She admitted that once she arrived at the Chandigarh set, all of her fears had been allayed. "I thought it would be very hoity-toity," she said.Rajkummar and Prajakta were first getting together during the interview with Janice Sequira. Prajakta had previously appeared with director Karan Johar and actor Vicky Kaushal, whereas Rajkummar had participated on the debut episode of Social Media Star With Janice with Bhuvam Bam. Prajakta was reminded by the presenter Janice that she had never expressed any concerns about working on Jugjugg Jeeyo in front of Karan as she was doing right then. You are also aware of how anxious I was for that photo shoot with (Karan)," acknowledged Prajakta. Janice also remembered how that day Karan had given her his Gucci ring. Prajakta said, "I simply had to say I adore the ring," in a joyful tone. Prajakta answered Rajkummar's question, "Did Karan just pass it over?" 

The actor then claimed that this time, he was merely wearing his wedding band. He apologised, saying, "Yeh waali de nahin paunga (I won't be able to deliver this to you)," to everyone's laughing.

Prajakta most recently made an appearance in Mismatched's second season, which debuted in October. Recently, Rajkummar appeared in the noir thriller Monica, O My Darling on Netflix.
