2nd highest pass rate in 30 years for the Assam Board of Secondary Education for class 10

The class 10 examination results were released on Monday by the Assam Secondary Education Board (SEBA), with a pass rate of roughly 72.63 percent, the second-highest in the previous 30 years.


93.10 percent was the greatest pass rate ever when results were announced in 2021 based on internal tests because of the Covid-19 epidemic. 4,15,324 applicants took the tests this year in total.

Among the total, 94,913 pupils received first place, 1,48,573 received second, and 58,394 received third.  8,517 pupils achieved distinction marks, while 18,653 students received stars.


First place went to Hridam Thakuria of Sankardev Shishu Niketan in Dhekiajuli.  In the meantime, the pass rate for boys is 74.71 percent, while it was 70.96 percent for girls.

Out of the 1,90,765 boys that took the class 10 board test, 46,431 received a first division, 71,060 a second division, and 25,033 a third division.

2,24,559 girls took the final exam in total, and 48,482 of them received first division, 77,513 second, and 33,361 third.
